Coconut Milk and Dark Chocolate Pancakes

To change the classic pancake batter, I propose a recipe for pancake dough with coconut milk . I imagined it on a Sunday morning for breakfast and loved it at home. The rendering is light and tasty … I also replaced the powdered sugar using a little bit of agave syrup instead. For an even lighter dough, I usually put a sparkling water bottom. It makes it more aerial, I love it! And to taste these delicious pancakes, I give you my dark chocolate recipe. This dough recipe with these quantities will give you a dozen pancakes. It depends of course on the size of your pan and the amount of dough you use for each pancake 🙂 Sweet crepes with coconut milk Sweet crepes with coconut milk A sweet and savory pancake batter recipe. For pancake batter g de farine T55 250 g flour T55 ml de lait de noix de coco 400 ml of coconut milk fond de verre d’eau gazeuse (+/- 2 cas – facultatif: cela apporte plus de légèreté) 1 glass bottom of sparkling water (+/- 2 cases – optional: it brings more lightness) ml d’eau plate 100 ml of still water cac de poudre de vanille 1/2 cac of vanilla powder cac de sirop d’agave 1 cup agave syrup oeufs 3 eggs coconut oil for cooking For dark chocolate g de chocolat noir 80% 150 g dark chocolate 80% fond d’eau 1 water bottom grosse cas de lait d’amande 1 big case of almond milk Example of a filling coconut chips melted dark chocolate clementine Pour the flour into a salad bowl, dig a hole in the middle. Break the eggs and gradually pour the coconut milk by mixing as and when. Add a soda water and still water, mix to obtain a smooth texture. Add the vanilla powder and the agave syrup and mix. Oil a skillet with a little coconut oil. Cook your pancakes. Pour a ladle into the pan and wait for the dough to bubble. Turn over and cook on the other side. Once the pancakes are done, turn to melted chocolate. In a small saucepan, melt on low heat the dark chocolate previously broken in pieces with a bottom of water. Touiller regularly. Add 1 tablespoon almond milk and stir. The chocolate must melt well but not harden. Then dress up your pancakes and enjoy!
